This essential oil is sourced from peppermint, a hybrid mint that’s a cross between spearmint and water-mint, both naturally found in Northern America and Europe. It can be used for aromatherapy or applied directly to the skin. Due to its main components being menthol and menthone, it has a sharp odor and a similar cool taste. HOW TO USE

Use as a diffuser oil by adding a few drops with water to an essential oil burner.
